Preparations begin for a new residential development at Akāciju iela 2B

Two four-storey apartment buildings are planned for Akāciju iela 2B in Imanta, a neighbourhood in Riga.
Project update
The project has reached an important milestone. The building design and plans for the construction work are now in the final stages of approval. Site preparation on Akāciju iela is expected to begin shortly.
About the development
The two buildings will have 47 apartments ranging from 23.88 to 73.40 m², with layouts from one room to four. Plans include balconies, lifts, central heating, ventilation with heat recovery and individual utility meters for each apartment.
Residents will share a private landscaped courtyard with a children’s playground and places to sit and relax. The development will also offer underground parking for 40 cars, electric vehicle charging points and bicycle storage. Controlled entry, intercoms and enhanced sound insulation will help keep the buildings quiet and secure.

« There’s always a mix of excitement and nerves when we start a new project! We still have plenty of work ahead of us, and we hope the new homes will bring as much joy to the neighbours as they do to the people who live in them. »
